In today’s fast-paced, overwhelming world, many people struggle with anxiety, depression, and overstimulation without knowing why. Often, these symptoms stem from unresolved past trauma stored in the nervous system. My own journey began with anxiety around perfection, rule-following, and pleasing others. Through extensive training, I’ve learned how to process trauma and restore balance. Now, I am here to support your healing journey. You deserve to become the best version of yourself!

My approach is integrative, drawing from modalities such as Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy for Recovery (CT-R), Motivational Interviewing, Music Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices.

Together, we can explore your past experiences, identify obstacles, and process them to support a calm, grounded, and fulfilling life. Through bottom-up methods such as Brainspotting, I am confident to guide you accessing and processing your experiences efficiently and help you slow down, reconnect with yourself to build resilience.
