Being a teenager in today's society is quite a journey. Do you ever feel hopeless when trying to figure out how to help your teen or preteen navigate their big emotions and social struggles? Has your teen lost motivation and connection with others and is no longer finding enjoyment in things they used to love? Being the parent of a teenager is no small feat, especially when they have lost their confidence and self identity. I have dedicated the last 6 years to helping teens, pre-teens, and their parents navigate this delicate time within life development.
In addition to specializing in teens, I also work with adults and couples. I am an EMDR trained therapist and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing in helping clients process trauma, anxiety, and any other experiences that have led to a disruption in the adaptive connection between the brain and body.
I understand that reaching out for help is not easy and that you, or your loved one have likely been struggling for some time now. You do not have to struggle alone.
