Here everyone is valued; I provide a safe, nurturing and secure environment for exploration, for doing soul work. My desire is that the client realizes her potential for creating the life that she deeply desires. Whether she feels stuck in pain, is wresting with a problem, is committed to healing an addiction, or would like to shed shame and release guilt, she will find hope here.
When I became cognizant to my own attachment issues I then saw and appreciated the pervasiveness of attachment trauma. The deficits that early attachment trauma causes may easily be missed. Meanwhile, generational cycles of trauma profoundly affect our ability to form and sustain healthy relationships, thriving families and strong communities.
They learn to appreciate the role of emotions in understanding themselves, their needs, and desires. At last, they discover how healing emotional pain and shame gives them access to once blocked energy. Because this energy is now available they are able to realize dreams previously found too daunting.
