My ideal client is a human being seeking relief from emotional pain, disconnection, or patterns that no longer serve them, often shaped by past wounds, overwhelm, or unprocessed experiences. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, shame, relationship difficulties, or a loss of meaning, but beneath these issues they need safety, understanding, and to be seen without judgment. Their goals are not just symptom reduction, but greater self-trust, emotional freedom, healthier relationships, and a sense of wholeness. What they truly want is to feel at home in themselves and to believe they are not broken.
I help by offering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood. My specialty is working with people across a wide range of struggles: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, identity questions, and life transitions.Above all, I aim to help clients feel less alone, more grounded, more empowered.
