My ideal client would be someone that would like to work on achieving their goals to discover more about themselves. They may of struggled with other mental health professionals and felt like their needs weren't met. They would want to learn more about themselves as a person and discover a more clear diagnosis. If you are questioning ADHD or Autism diagnosis I can help guide you.
I have worked with people in helping professions like, first responders who may want to learn how to cope with the job or cope with retiring from the profession. I have a background in EMS so I have been able to relate to these professions.
I work with clients from different backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, BPD, ADHD, and Autism. I have a lot of experience working with first responders and military. I come from a background of being a paramedic myself and understand the toll these professions can take. I have experience working with individuals with autism and can help with coping skills.
Many people are seeking someone who listens to their concern and can provide feedback when they seek therapy. I have matched many clients who have struggled to find the right therapist. I tend to match well with most of the clients that seek me out and have been the therapist for many to change their image of therapy. I look forward to meeting you!
