I am a Registered Play Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Children often go through many difficult things and don't know how to cope in healthy ways. Their little minds struggle to communicate their needs, which can leave parents feeling lost and helpless. With over 25 years of experience working with children, I help guide them in understanding and communicating their feelings and needs. Through the use of Play Therapy I can help children and their families create healthier relationships, which can decrease the stress for the whole family.

I am accepting new supervisees for licensure in MS & TN, in addition to any EMDR trained therapist needing consultation or working towards certification. I believe in a tailored approach to meet clients where they are and work together to develop a road map for his or her journey through change. I specialize in using a combination of EMDR with mindfulness, Ego State Therapy, CBT/DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Expressive Art Therapy to assist clients in the healing process. I have experience working with dual-diagnosis population in both individual and group settings.

Stacey is a Registered Play Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children through the use of Play Therapy. She wanted to offer her love for helping children gain the tools needed to learn how to process emotions, heal from trauma, and learn how to communicate their emotional needs to others in a healthy way. Play is a natural expression for children and the best way to meet their needs. Play is a safe way for children to tell their stories. She works with children beginning at age 3 through age 9.

Hallie is a licensed professional counselor, a certified grief counselor, educator, pet bereavement specialist, and a certified child life specialist. I practice at MERCI, (Mental and Emotional Resource Center) in Memphis, Tennessee, providing individual sessions, focused on grief and loss, pet loss, addiction, recovery and all mental health issues. My Child Life training and 30 years of experience, provides me with the knowledge and abilities to work with children, adolescents and their families who are dealing with acute, chronic and terminal illness. Change in our lives is constant and often go unrecognized as Grief issues.
