I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and co-founder of Wise Womxn Wellness, a wellness collaborative passionate about empowering women of all ages & in all seasons of life. With experience as a birth doula, I also have a special interest in working with individuals and couples as they journey through reproductive matters- whether that be deciding whether and how to have children, struggling to have children, raising children, losing children, or deciding not to have children at all. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and exploring ways to support & heal both.

Everyone struggles with patterns, things we become "stuck" on. I work to help my clients identify what these are and what contributes to them. During this process, we work through the memories, thoughts, and behaviors that maintain these patterns. Many of our challenges start from us trying to help ourselves, whether it be coping with something or problem-solving. So, addressing these reasons is essential to treatment, and I take a strength and values-based approach. With additional training in art therapy, we also may use expressive art techniques.

With over 27 years of experience, I help individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-worth, and life's complex challenges. I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment for you to share your story. Using proven techniques, I'll assist you toward new ways of thinking and acting, freeing you from limiting thought and behavioral patterns.

My clients tend to be creative over-achievers who are seeking support to make positive changes to enhance their personal and professional lives. I specialize in substance use and/or mental health issues with an emphasis on co-occurring disorders. Exploring life satisfaction in the 8 dimensions of wellness is one approach I use to identify potential areas for change. Tapping into intrinsic motivation is a primary focus of treatment as we work collaboratively to identify strengths and set/implement goals. Areas of specialization are: forgiveness therapy, perfectionism, creative recovery and productivity coaching.

She has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, women, and families. Lyndsie is passionate about walking alongside clients and families as they find what they need within themselves to live life more fully. Lyndsie aims to listen to clients without judgement and to provide feedback and support honestly.

In my work as an art therapist and clinical counselor I offer a creative, supportive, non-judgmental space for people who are interested in gaining a better understanding of themselves and what their natural strengths are.

I work with clients interested in using creativity to explore and tell their story in an empowered way using neurology-based art therapy in a cozy art studio. You have done therapy or self discovery work before, you’ve got the basic skills, and are ready to dig deeper or wider with some complexity and nuance to build richness, wholeness and meaning.

I specialize in working with school-aged children, teens, adults, and parents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, life transitions, parenting and relationship challenges, and trauma. My priority is for each person to feel deeply heard, understood, and supported in making positive changes toward a joy-filled life. I view people through a holistic lens and address all areas of life including body, mind, community, and spiritual orientation.

I'm an Italian-/Irish-American, cis-, queer, always-aspiring-to-be-justice-doing, tarot-card-pulling art witch and half-assed-Buddhist who also happens to be a therapist. A professional artist, teacher and mentor of artists for almost twenty years before becoming a therapist, I offer my full authentic self (this may involve some swearing). I am a solidarity worker. This is transformative change work that values your inherent wisdom and lived experience. My work is truly affirming, rooted in the idea that unconditional love for ourselves, when combined with our innate creativity and knowing, is the strongest healing power we have.
