That's why I opted for this profession. Therapy is incredibly important to me and those around me. The therapy office truly is a sacred space to work on what you, as a person, need to work on.
If you are looking for someone to help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral problems, ADHD, or even just need someone to talk to have an outlet and work on coping skills then I can help you with that. I also have special interest in the LGBTQ+ community. I currently see individuals 10 years old+. I am currently accepting in person and virtual.
