With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, eating disorders, co-dependency, developmental trauma, and women's issues. I often collaborate with other experienced practitioners to provide a well rounded, holistic and concise approach.
