I am currently accepting clients both through telehealth and in person! My passion has been to help my clients manage their mental health and ability to grow from within. The clients I support are people who struggle with mental health issues, addictions, family, couples' concerns. I've helped clients successfully navigate through abuse and trauma, life transitions and grief and loss. I specialize in human sexuality: sex education, sexual dysfunction, sexual health, sexual pleasure, navigating sex after health crisis, women's issues, postpartum, miscarriage, LGBTQ populations, sexual trauma and sex addiction.
My goal is to build from the root, to form a solid foundation. Exploring these root causes will help you gain stability to be able to talk through your challenges and receive support to better your overall wellness. The treatment provided is based on a systems model of therapy, this enables me to understand the whole picture, not just the presenting problem.
I believe that each person has the ability to identify what they need; however, they often do not know how to communicate what they are feeling or how to identify what they need to be in peace with themselves. It will be a privilege to work with you on your journey to help you fulfill your life goals with insight and coping skills.
