Currently, I am seeing clients virtually or we are talking on the telephone. I know the decision to seek counseling is often a difficult one. These days with all the chaos and turmoil in the outer world our issues and concerns have become heightened. I have experience with a variety of issues including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, self esteem, anger management, adoption and relationship patterns.
I have over 30 years of experience providing therapeutic services. Managing our lives can at times be overwhelming. Work is often stressful; Parenting can be challenging. It can be helpful to discuss problems with a professional. I will work together with you towards your goals for therapy and healing.
In addition to talk therapies, I sometimes use sand tray therapy, play therapy and the expressive arts to facilitate the healing process.
