Most of my clients are looking for effective strategy to navigate through crisis, relationship concerns, deal with depression, anxiety or other emotional states. Many clients see me for a brief period and others return periodically as they implement changes or encounter new concerns. I help clients maneuver through life transitions, parenting challenges, and exploring their potential as well as their life purpose.
My clinical approach is integrative. I integrate several conventional therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy with other less conventional modalities such as mindfulness, breath work and more.
Being a first generation immigrant myself, I love to help others who are trying to work through the challenges of bridging cultural differences of their indigenous culture and that of their adopted country, i.e. U.S.A.
