Currently accepting new clients - I am passionate about women's issues and am especially interested in working with young adult and millennial attempting to navigate the unique social pressures and challenges associated with this life stage. I specialize in helping people learn new ways to manage anxiety through mindfulness and stress management techniques, increase feelings of self worth, establish boundaries, and develop healthy self-care practices. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with women during the perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) period or those experiencing infertility.
I take an integrative approach toward treating every client not as a collection of symptoms, but as a whole person, each deserving gentle encouragement, appropriate challenges, and healthy doses of good humor. I am also a registered yoga teacher and have a great appreciation and interest in holistic modalities.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX and an Associate Licensed Counselor in AL, being supervised by Adrienne Cooper, LPC-S. I am currently offering virtual sessions for TX clients and in-person or virtual sessions for AL clients.
