We offer individual, couple, and family therapy to those who are looking to work on their emotional, behavioral, and mental health. We provide a safe and genuine space to help clients improve skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma and work on interpersonal relationships.
We offer a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodrama, somatic work, play and art therapy, CBT/DBT
We enjoy helping clients develop their sense of self-worth, self-esteem, and identity. Our office is a place to develop an understanding of boundaries and healthy communication skills. The relationship we have with ourselves can be just as difficult as those we have with others, we seek to empower clients to create healthy relationships for themselves.
