Welcome! Our clients are as young as 12-years-old to adults of all ages. They are motivated to invest time and energy into their well-being in order to transform their experience and improve their quality of life. The challenges our clients face may be needing to learn how to navigate their emotions and manage their stress, needing to increase their self-awareness so they can articulate their experience and advocate for themselves, resolving trauma from their past, finding meaning in their lives, or general support as they live out their lives. Our clinicians have an eclectic approach that is grounded in Rogerian person-centered therapy. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation for a successful experience in therapy. We meet you where you are, embodying genuineness, demonstrating respect and unconditional positive regard. We work together to identify your goals and the approach you prefer.
Our Clinical Director was previously adjunct faculty at St. Mary's College of California, & served on the Advisory Board of the Counseling Department of the Kalmanovitz School of Education. She supervises pre-licensed clinicians as well as trainees. She values integrity, respect & humility, and has a team of therapists who embody these same qualities.
