Counseling and therapy can provide new hope, helping clients discover or redefine the path to achieving goals and bringing deeper meaning to their lives. Roberta believes that each person is unique, with individual purposes and gifts. She works well with individuals, children, adolescents and families, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other integrative therapeutic techniques from a holistic perspective. Roberta has done extensive postgraduate work in art therapy and often utilizes expressive arts therapies and play therapy to help clients work through difficulties and trauma.
Roberta works with all ages. She has been told that she has a gift for working with children, adolescents and parents. Roberta sees therapy as a whole person approach with a focus on each client's gifts, strengths and purpose. She is also a professional artist with experience in expressive arts therapies as well as play therapy.
Life can be difficult, even traumatic at times, but there is hope, help and encouragement for those who seek it, so a person does not have to feel they are in it alone. Roberta supports her clients in working through trauma and difficulties, helping them identify and build upon their strengths along the path to reaching their own personal treatment goals.
