My approach toward counseling is to treat each individual based on where they are and meet them where they are comfortable. I have an existential-humanistic approach where I help my clients look beyond their immediate situation and look at how they may have gotten to this issue and where do they want to go from here. I believe that there is a reason for why we are feeling and reacting the way we are. It is about discovering the root cause. Whether my clients are going through a new diagnosis, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I help encourage them to find the strength to keep fighting because perseverance is an amazing feeling.

Hello, I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, depression, seasonal depression, and the comorbidities of anxiety and depression that often come with ADHD. I know firsthand how challenging it is struggle with worry, time management, attention, and procrastination.
