Welcome to your Mental Gear Closet! Are stress, anxiety, burnout or injury limiting your ability to passionately pursue your life or athletic goals? I help clients both in AND out of sport gain freedom from mental obstacles by helping them develop the core "mental gear" needed to spend more time doing what they love. This includes working with TEENS and ADULTS on: Anxiety and stress management, Mindfulness and grounding, Sport performance, Post-injury mental health, Motivation enhancement, Defining you-centered goals, Transition + Athletic Identity, Body image and Disordered eating.
I combine experience as a mental health clinician of over 12 years, former collegiate competitive athlete, traveler and intuitive listener. This allows me to both keenly understand and connect with each client's journey, story and goals. In addition, I place an emphasis on tangible tools and activities that you can use both in and out of session.
