I work well with individuals going through life transitions, in love, work, identity, grief, parenting, infertility. Psychotherapy is not one size fits all, but a relationship finely tailored to each individual(s). Your needs determine the approach I take. I have over 30 years of experience and a wide variety of approaches to choose from. My main tools are good listening, and a strong belief people can learn from their past and current experiences, if they have the support to face themselves honestly. No one is too old to learn new strategies to make life more fulfilling.
I enjoy working with adult clients of all ages, sexual preferences, classes, races. I have a special interest in dealing with gltf identity issues, coming out, (to self, parents, others) parents dealing with their children's identities, issues related to aging and dealing with aging parents, same-sex couple issues. grief , work issues,
