I have over eight years of experience in the field of mental health. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, inattentiveness, depression, grief and loss, substance abuse, and the overall effects of trauma. I am trained in multiple Evidence-Based Practices and bring a diverse perspective.
I strongly believe that everyone is capable of change and a better quality of life when their needs are addressed in a holistic and restorative approach. Therefore, my ultimate goal in each session is to listen, reflect, affirm, praise, advocate, support and guide each client in their transformative journey to growth, recovery, and healing.
