I am an EMDR therapist. I specialize in working with trauma, complex PTSD, and structural dissociation. I utilize a variety of holistic approaches such as nervous system regulation, attachment theory focus, spirituality, ego work, childhood trauma awareness, mindfulness, somatic movement, & the enneagram.
Sometimes we are given the opportunity to make a brave choice. A choice to surrender the things that have been great in exchange for greater. True healing is a process of unmasking ourselves rather than changing or repairing ourselves. This path destroys the house to unearth the treasure, and with that treasure builds it better than before.
