I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which is a trauma therapy. My degree concentration is in Transpersonal Counseling, what this means is I use an integrated approach.

Exploring options for potential therapists can be complex and intimidating. I have worked with a myriad of populations and issues. Fusing the pieces of human relationship, somatic work, mindfulness, spirituality or meaning making, with Gestalt therapy and more I hope to connect with you to bare witness on your journey towards transformation and wellness.
