From that understanding, we will begin to explore possibilities, solutions, and ideas which foster growth.
Together we can work on shifting perspective, gaining insight, and learning coping skills for dealing with life’s challenges. My approach is psychodynamic, which means through exploration and reflection, we increase insight into your own mechanisms and development.
