**Thriving Through Menopause** is an 8-week virtual support group beginning **September 2026** for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Led by a licensed therapist, the group offers a supportive space to discuss mood changes, anxiety, stress, sleep, relationships, identity, and self-care while learning practical coping strategies. Connect with others who understand your experience, gain valuable tools, and build confidence as you navigate this stage of life. You don't have to go through menopause alone.

Adult Grief Therapy Group
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This 8-week Adult Grief Therapy Group offers a supportive space for adults coping with the loss of a loved one to process grief, connect with others who understand, and develop healthy ways to move forward. Together, we’ll explore the grieving process, triggers, guilt and regret, continuing bonds, rebuilding identity, and finding meaning after loss. Facilitated by Christina Leanza, MS, LAC, the group meets Thursdays at 6 PM in our Manalapan office beginning September 17. Limited to 10 participants.
