I am a licensed independent Social Worker specializing in individual, group, children, couples and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Sumter, South Carolina and have over twenty years experience as a therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support, practical feedback and solution-based therapy to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I work with individuals to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
