My mission as a psychotherapist and a sex therapist is to help each client fulfill their emotional, sexual and social needs by building a unique therapeutic relationship based on empathy, understanding and trust. We all face challenges in our lives, whether due to loss of loved ones, loss of connection, family and work related stress or in our relationships with others. To meet these challenges, I provide an environment of emotional safety and respect, where you will be actively involved in clarifying your needs and goals and taking the insight and skills we develop together into your daily life.
I provide sex therapy for couples and individuals. I have deep understanding of attachment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which means that we will work together to enhance your awareness of any unhelpful patterns that might hold you back from fulfilling your needs and taking steps and learning new skills to make desired changes in your life.
I have a deep understanding of body-mind relationship as well commitment to supporting clients that struggle with their sexuality and wish for deeper fulfillment in that area. In addition to working as a psychotherapist I have been practicing vipassana meditation and have been certified as a yoga instructor.
