I work with my clients to help them visualize the life they want to have and help them put it into practice through a welcoming and empathic approach.
There are many people in the world, each one of us with a set of different experiences and backgrounds. For that reason I utilize a combination of modalities based on the unique needs of each one of my clients. Through a trauma informed and culturally sensitive lens, I draw from evidenced-based practices such as DBT, CBT and ACT & psychodynamic theories.
I am a trilingual (English/Polish/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with history of depression, anxiety, grief, and complex trauma.
