I am a body neutral, harm reduction-focused, sex positive therapist. I approach therapy from a compassionate and nonjudgmental space that creates a trauma-informed, intersectional, and exploratory environment for clients dealing with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, and feelings of ambiguous grief and loss.
