Hello! My name is Evra, and I’m a Black, two-spirit, nonbinary, queer therapist. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life stressors, anxious about the future, and/or overall stuck, I would love to help! I work with clients navigating self-esteem and communication challenges, racial and gender identity concerns, sexuality, life transitions, boundary-setting and more. My practice is inclusive of all identities and orientations for adults 18+, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and welcomed.
I offer a validating, judgment-free space and work from a humanistic, multicultural, and trauma-informed perspective, meeting clients where they are and collaborating on meaningful, realistic goals. I help them deepen their self-understanding using approaches tailored to their needs, gently challenging unhelpful patterns while supporting lasting change.
