First and Foremost I'm proud to be a Veteran after serving in the NAVY for 7 years. I saw Desert Storm as active duty and as a civilian working for the Department of Navy. What a blessing that has been in my life. My career has allowed me to be a business owner, a recruiter, a consultant, and I have learned to be a great listener. Those experiences along with my passion to help others, started my journey to become a counselor.
I believe I can be of help to service members ( active and Veteran), families, relationships and individuals. I really enjoy working with a variety of clients, helping them find mindfulness solutions to reduce; anxiety, stress, improve self-esteem, improve communication skills, trauma and those suffering with an eating disorder.
