At Evolving PATHS We specialize in serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for support. Many of our clients come to us for help with anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, relationship struggles, or challenges with self-awareness. For children, we address behavioral concerns and partner with schools. We also support immigrant families navigating cultural stressors and the LGBTQ + community.

Our therapists specialize in treating OCD, panic disorders, severe anxiety, depression and through life transitions. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness therapy, existential therapy, and ACT. We also offer EMDR, when necessary, to support clients in processing trauma and improving emotional well-being.
