Hi, I'm Dr. Gunn, I specialize in helping adolescent males (16+) and men pursuing good mental well-being. I recognize that males face their own distinct set of pressures and expectations, and throughout my career I have seen how helpful and freeing it can be to have a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. My tailored approach acknowledges the diverse experiences of males, offering support for issues such as stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, partner/relationship issues, parenting/family dynamics, career challenges, life transitions, and more.
I've been a psychologist for 17 years and my approach to helping folks is holistic, tailored, and evidence-based. Whether your goals are feeling more connected to your self or others, removing barriers to reaching your potential, or navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other challenges, we will develop a plan and get you moving toward your goals.
