Heather Sniezek (owner/clinical director) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio who earned her Master of Arts from Ashland University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Psychology from Cleveland State University. Heather’s experience includes working in a private practice setting, inpatient psychiatric unit, grief counseling center, outpatient care, and in school counseling settings. Heather is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Heather specializes in trauma treatment, loss and bereavement, mood disorders, family systems therapy, relationship and social struggles, and treatment of anxiety and depression. Heather takes a mind-body approach to wellness, and believes that wholeness and healing of the heart, mind, soul, body, and spirit can truly be achieved safely through treatment.
