When we work together, we take time to deeply understand how you experience your life. With support and non-judgmental curiosity, we explore what lies beneath the surface—family dynamics, core beliefs, values, and patterns that may hold you back. In busy lives, feelings are often ignored until they demand attention. In therapy, you’ll be encouraged to mindfully explore these emotions, even when uncomfortable, as they can be powerful guides. Our relationship will be a supportive space where you can explore honestly and feel seen and understood. We provide clinical supervision services as well. Specializing in men's issues as well.

Most men and teen boys were never taught how to deal with what they’re feeling—they were taught to push through it, shut it down, or figure it out on their own.
I work with men and teen boys who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to handle stress, anger, anxiety, or pressure. I also work with parents who are trying to reach a son who has shut down, started acting out, or just isn’t himself lately.
In my experience, most people aren’t “broken”—they just haven’t been given the tools to understand and manage what’s going on inside.
