If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, low self-esteem, or difficult life changes, I'm here to help. I provide compassionate, practical therapy for preteens, teens, adults, and older adults in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Together, we'll build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and help you feel more confident and in control. I offer in-person therapy in Mississippi and secure telehealth services in Mississippi, Indiana, Iowa, and Rhode Island.
I specialize in helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, grief, and anger-related challenges while navigating life’s difficulties. With over 13 years of experience, I provide individualized therapy focused on emotional regulation and coping skills. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change so you can feel balanced, confident, and in control.
