Disordered Eating Young Adult Support Group
This 8-week group is designed for individuals ages 18-25 who are struggling with eating disorders and/or disordered eating. This is a professional-led therapeutic space to process emotions related to eating disorders, more specifically body image concerns. Topics covered include the connection between eating disorders and social media, body neutrality, thanking your body, and saying goodbye to your ideal body.
