We are a group practice with a diverse team and also have a great focus with the BIPOC community. Every therapist has different specialities but ranges from Perinatal Mental Health, Infertility, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Life transitions. Modalities some therapists use are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, IFS, EMDR , Somatic Approach, Person Centered.
Our devotion to help clients is best demonstrated through empathy we have with understanding life struggles and ensuring to promote validation. We engage clients through asking meaningful questions to further assess and guide clients in understanding their thought patterns. We encourage journaling, homework assignments and focus on coping mechanisms.
