As a queer therapist, I bring a unique understanding and empathy to working with LGBTQ+ clients, visionaries, and change-makers. I recognize the structural and interpersonal challenges of living authentically in a world that often resists difference and the emotional weight that comes with it. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and the toll of shapeshifting to survive are common. For those doing socially just work, burnout and disillusionment can follow even the most meaningful commitments. I provide a healing space for you to reconnect with your values and restore your ability to move through the world with intention and integrity.
I am an anti-oppression-informed therapist who helps individuals navigate life on their own terms. My trauma-sensitive approach prioritizes your autonomy, allowing you to address the pain and patterns that hold you back. This can lead to relief and comfort. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those seeking alternative healing options.
If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and/or C-PTSD, I encourage you to reach out. I also specialize in identity work and helping clients navigate the process of embracing their authentic selves. Rhizome Therapy Cooperative is worker owned, allowing us to center the therapist-client relationship over traditional corporate models.
