I have been practicing in the Hudson Valley since 2013, working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples and families. My experience includes those with trauma, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, marital and family strain, mood/personality disorders and substance abuse. Together, we will discover solutions while gaining insight into yourself.
As no two clients are the same, I use a variety of techniques in my sessions to help find the most useful to you and your situation.
