We explore how past experiences, e.g. developmental trauma, might impact the present. We’ll also delve into the anxiety, fear, uncertainty, panic, loss and sadness that often arise during transitions.
I have a special interest in Depth Psychology and the psychology of Carl Jung. This approach allows us to go beyond the surface and get in touch with elements like your feelings, intuition, lost gifts, imagination, dreams, images, curiosity, and synchronicities.
