About
I provide therapy for young- and mid-life adults who are navigating life transitions in careers and relationships as well as discovering themselves, their place in the world, and their true purpose or calling. Whether you’re a 20-something launching into life as an adult, or a 30, 40, 50, or 60-something launching a new phase of life by choice or unexpected events, therapy can help you understand more about what matters most in your life.
My goal is to support and challenge you by creating a space where you can tap into and discover your inner resources and solutions, and consider your choices. We explore how past experiences, e.g. developmental trauma, might impact the present. We’ll also delve into the anxiety, fear, uncertainty, panic, loss and sadness that often arise during transitions.
I have a special interest in Depth Psychology and the psychology of Carl Jung. This approach allows us to go beyond the surface and get in touch with elements like your feelings, intuition, lost gifts, imagination, dreams, images, curiosity, and synchronicities.
