I often employ evidence-based therapies that include Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Psychodynamic exploration. I also very much uphold the belief that our mind and body are not separate entities and treat the whole individual that you truly are — always seeking to help you practice healthy self-care routines.
