Weight 2 Eat will teach you about the important behaviors associated with long-term weight control. It focuses on BEHAVIORAL strategies for weight control and HEALTHY NUTRITION. Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa Group
This group is designed for men and women who are receiving, or have previously received, treatment for Anorexia Nervosa and/or Bulimia Nervosa (or a related eating disorder). Focus: CBT and DBT skills to manage the eating disorder and support from other individuals struggling with issues around food restriction, weight/shape, binge eating, purging, over-exercise, mood, anxiety, and family support.
