I work with adults, teenagers, and folks in romantic relationships either in-person or virtually. I also complete psychological testing/ evaluation for ADHD, learning disorders, personality disorders, and to further inform therapy for teenagers and adults. I also work through PSYPACT to deliver telehealth services in PSYPACT approved states. My style of therapy and testing is warm and conversational, integrating techniques from different modalities to tailor an approach that meets you where you are, whether that means working on skills and symptom reduction or through insight and family of origin.

I believe that a therapeutic relationship operates best in an environment of mutual respect, care, and commitment To that end, I specialize in relationship: with other people, with me as your therapist, and with yourself. I also incorporate the classes on race, racism and identity that I have taught into therapy work to assist in resilience to oppression.
