Hi all!
I’m a DBT- and EMDR-informed clinician who approaches therapy through a warm, person-centered, and existential lens. I specialize in intensive DBT work for self-harm, suicidality, and building a life worth living. I work with adolescents through older adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, identity concerns, sexual assault, and BPD. I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and experienced DBT group facilitator.
Important note: I offer therapy on a private-pay basis only and do not accept insurance. I encourage reviewing fees prior to reaching out to ensure this feels financially sustainable.
My work integrates evidence-based modalities like DBT and EMDR with a compassionate, humanistic approach. I strive to adapt to the individual in front of me, honoring their pace, story, and inner wisdom. In session, I aim to create a space where individuals can explore meaning, build emotional regulation, and process past experiences.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading about a wide range of subjects, spending time with my cats, and reflecting on life’s deeper questions.
I’m looking forward to working with you and supporting your growth along the way.

DBT Skills Group - Education & Skills Practice
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based approach that helps individuals manage intense emotions, cope with distress, and improve relationships. DBT focuses on building practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective communication. This approach balances acceptance and change—honoring your experiences while supporting meaningful growth. I offer DBT in a collaborative, validating, and trauma-informed way, helping clients feel more grounded, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges. *DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL GROUP, NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY* if interested: https://forms.gle/xyoZmwZmW46cEHmT8
