I work with all kinds of people, but I especially welcome gender expansive identities, neurodivergent individuals, and those with trauma. My goal is to help you navigate hard times, and to assist you in your journey to a deeper understanding of yourself. No, you are not lazy or too emotional. Navigating our world can be overwhelming and overstimulating. All parts are welcome here.
I don’t think therapy should be too rigid. We'll build a therapeutic relationship by getting to know each other, while building trust. I will be collaborative, direct, compassionate, and offer a safe space for you to navigate the story of your life. I’m a regular person. You are welcome to swear, I may as well. Yes, I would love to see photos of your pets!
My work incorporates elements of parts work (IFS), body liberation, and feminist therapy. I work with teens and adults facing challenges related to ADHD, Autism, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, sexuality, identity exploration, and relationship issues. I currently offer telehealth sessions and I look forward to connecting with you.
