A DYNAMIC APPROACH TO INNER CHANGE - By combining conventional therapy with different modalities of working with the subconscious, I offer resources for those situations where you have previously done therapy without feeling much movement or change. Because the subconscious is in control 95% of the time, I offer a different approach to work through issues much faster. My experience has been that it does not need to take a long time to heal if given the right resources. I have worked with extreme trauma and PTSD for over 30 years. Using such modalities as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Energy Freedom Therapy), hypnotherapy and conventional therapy techniques, the intensity of emotion is diffused and new positive beliefs are established.
Hypnotherapy and counseling offers an effective way to deal with everyday stressors, problems with sleep, transforming old habits, and creating inner strength and self-esteem.
