Founder of Evergreen Center for Counseling — a trusted counseling practice providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families for in-person and Telehealth therapy. Experience includes over ten years of experience as a licensed counselor working with adults, teens, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, depression, relationship issues, mental health challenges, dual diagnosis and comorbidity. Prior to relocating to Colorado, I worked at the Texas Medical Center as a licensed counselor, where I treated substance use disorders in major hospital settings and levels of care.

I earned a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2015 (CACREP accreditation), and completed my clinical practicums and internships within the Texas Medical Center.

I am a licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC0022615), and Addiction Counselor Candidate (ADDC0000588), Masters in Professional Counseling-Liberty University, 2015, working under clinical supervision.

Women's Grief & Support Group

Losing someone you love can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our Women’s Grief Group provides a safe, compassionate space for women to connect, share, and be understood by others experiencing similar loss. Guided by a trained therapist, members explore emotions, share experiences, and learn practical coping strategies. Evidence-based tools, including CBT and DBT, help reframe difficult thoughts, manage intense feelings, and build resilience. This supportive environment allows participants to feel heard, validated, and less alone, while gaining connection, hope, and guidance on navigating life after loss. Prior approval and payment must be completed before admission into groups.

This Teen Girl Group offers a safe, supportive space for Teens to learn the necessary skill-building, coping strategies, and real-life applications, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT.
