| Español I am a psychotherapist committed to providing culturally appropriate mental health services for the Latinx, LGBTQ+ and Spanish-speaking community. My work focuses on helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use/abuse, trauma, and attachment disorders. I also work with youth (16-25 years old) with prodromal schizophrenia. Mental wellness is not often talked about, dealt with or even addressed at all within the Latinx community. If you are struggling with any of this, I'm here to help.
I offer individual and family psychotherapy sessions, including Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety (Trauma/PTSD and Substance Abuse), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based, Social Work, and Strength-Based approaches. I also offer Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS), and Family Focused Therapy (FFT).
My goal is to provide you with the skills and tools necessary for you to transition from surviving to thriving.
