Welcome to Ever After Therapy!
We are a group practice providing behavioral health care for adults, adolescents, and families. We are especially skilled at supporting people through emotionally complex, high-stress periods, including situations where feelings are intense, layered, or difficult to hold alone. We offer weekly outpatient therapy, as well as short-term, more frequent sessions during times when additional support is helpful, with the goal of stabilizing concerns and returning to weekly therapy when appropriate.
Our clinicians work with concerns such as trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and family conflict. We are experienced in holding difficult-to-hold feelings, including grief, fear, anger, shame, and overwhelm, with steadiness, compassion, and clinical skill.
Care is trauma-informed and collaborative, with providers trained and certified in EMDR, DBT, and CBT, and an emphasis on caregiver and family involvement when appropriate.
We offer California-wide telehealth and accept TRICARE / TriWest (West Region).
